A contact lens Rx includes the brand, base curve, and diameter specific to your eyes, and carries its own expiration date separate from your eyeglass prescription. To replenish your supply, yours needs to be current.

No. They’re separate prescriptions with different measurements and expiration dates. A glasses prescription can’t be used to order contacts.
